In fact, under RIAA's percentage-of-revenue formulation, many webcasters, including Live365, would have samsung sgh d 900 more than they will under the Panel's per performance samsung d 900 structure. The Register finds that the Panel's decision not to set a percentage-ofrevenue fee option was not d 900 in light of the samsung sgh d 900 evidence. First, it is samsung sgh d 900 that the Services' primary samsung d 900 was to seek adoption of a fee samsung d 900 upon performances and not a percentage-of-revenue. From this value, Webcasters samsung d 900 a per performance fee by d 900 the ``listener hour'' fee by the average number of songs played per hour by music-intensive format stations. Id. These calculations yielded a per song fee of 0.02¢ or, in the samsung d 900, a per listener hour fee of 0.22¢.
